Understand why recycling is important and what HMC will be doing.
Be aware why recycling matters directly to HMC.
Identify where HMC patients, staff and visitors will put their general waste and how we know it can be recycled.

Recognise where the segregated waste will be recycled.
Identify how we will know the impact of our recycling efforts and whose responsibility is to recycle.
Understand how you can encourage others at HMC to dispose of their waste appropriately and what more you can do to make a difference.
